1. Genel Bakış

NOVA ("uygulama"), kişisel dashboard, Gmail güvenlik önerileri ve NOVA Link mesajlaşma hizmetleri sunar. Bu politika, hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı, nasıl koruduğumuzu ve haklarınızı açıklar.

2. Topladığımız Veriler

2.1 NOVA Link hesap verileri

Telefon numaranızın SHA-256 hash'i (rehber eşleştirme için)
Oturum belirteçleri ve cihaz bilgileri
Gönderdiğiniz/aldığınız mesajlar ve medya/dosya içerikleri
Geri dönüşüm kodları (1 saat sonra otomatik silinir)

2.2 Gmail verileri (Google API Services aracılığıyla)

NOVA, yalnızca sizin bağladığınız Gmail hesaplarına erişir ve Google API Services User Data Policy ile Limited Use ilkelerine tabidir.

Güvenli temizlik taraması: NOVA, "Güvenli Temizlik" özelliğinde yalnızca e-posta başlık/meta verilerini okur: Gönderen (From), Konu (Subject), Yanıtla (Reply-To), Liste-Abonelik (List-Unsubscribe), Liste-Kimliği (List-Id), Kimlik Doğrulama Sonuçları (Authentication-Results), Öncelik (Precedence), Tarih (Date) ve etiket kimlikleri. E-posta gövdesi saklanmaz veya işlenmez.

Kullanıcı panelinde "Gelen Kutusu" görünümü açıkça seçildiğinde, ilgili e-postanın tam içeriği geçici olarak okunabilir; bu içerik sunucuda saklanmaz.

3. Verilerin Kullanımı

NOVA Link: mesajlaşma, rehber eşleştirme, oturum yönetimi ve sürüm kontrolü.
Gmail Asistanı: istenmeyen/önemsiz e-postaları tespit etmek için DRY_RUN analiz raporu; doğrudan silme R-6 ile devre dışı bırakılmıştır.
Dashboard: projeler, notlar, şifre kasası ve sistem durumu gibi kullanıcı tarafından girilen verileri görüntülemek.

4. Verilerin Saklanması

Gmail OAuth belirteçleri (access_token, refresh_token, geçerlilik süresi, kapsamlar, bağlı e-posta) şifreli olarak VPS üzerindeki ~/.nova/gmail_accounts/tokens/ dizininde saklanır.
NOVA Link durumu state/nova_link/ altında, dosya tabanlı JSON veritabanlarında saklanır.
Medya/dosya içerikleri şifrelenmemiş şekilde diskte tutulur; ancak sunucu erişimi root yetkisiyle kısıtlıdır.

5. Veri Koruma

Tüm hassas işlemler güvenlik günlüklerine kaydedilir.
OAuth belirteçleri yalnızca sunucu tarafında tutulur; istemcilere iletilmez.
R-1 kill-switch, acil durumlarda sistemi güvenli şekilde durdurur.
SSL/TLS ile uçtan uca şifreli iletişim sağlanır.

6. Veri Silme ve Erişimi İptal Etme

Google Hesabınızdan NOVA'nın Gmail erişimini istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
NOVA Link içindeki mesajları kullanıcı arayüzünden silebilirsiniz.
Geri dönüşüm kodları 1 saat sonra otomatik olarak geçersiz olur.

7. Limited Use Taahhüdü (Google API Services)

NOVA, Google API Services User Data Policy ve Limited Use gerekliliklerine uyar:

Gmail verileri yalnızca uygulamanın sunduğu özellikleri sağlamak için kullanılır.
Gmail verileri üçüncü taraflara satılmaz, kiralanmaz veya aktarılmaz (yasal zorunluluklar dışında).
Gmail verileri reklam hedefleme veya yapay zeka modeli eğitimi için kullanılmaz.
İnsanların e-posta içeriğini okuması yalnızca teknik destek için gerekli olduğunda ve yasal çerçevede gerçekleşir.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026

1. Overview

NOVA (the "app") provides a personal dashboard, Gmail safety suggestions, and the NOVA Link messaging service. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 NOVA Link account data

SHA-256 hash of your phone number (for contact matching)
Session tokens and device information
Messages and media/files you send or receive
Recovery codes (automatically expire after 1 hour)

2.2 Gmail data (via Google API Services)

NOVA only accesses Gmail accounts you connect, and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

Safe cleanup scan: For the "Safe Cleanup" feature, NOVA reads only email header/metadata: From, Subject, Reply-To, List-Unsubscribe, List-Id, Authentication-Results, Precedence, Date, and label IDs. Email bodies are not stored or processed.

When the "Inbox" view is explicitly opened in the user panel, the full content of the relevant email may be read temporarily; that content is not stored on the server.

3. How We Use Data

NOVA Link: messaging, contact matching, session management, and version control.
Gmail Assistant: DRY_RUN analysis report to identify unwanted/low-priority emails; direct deletion is disabled under R-6.
Dashboard: displaying user-entered data such as projects, notes, password vault, and system status.

4. Data Storage

Gmail OAuth tokens (access_token, refresh_token, expiry, scopes, connected email) are stored encrypted on the VPS under ~/.nova/gmail_accounts/tokens/.
NOVA Link state is stored in file-based JSON databases under state/nova_link/.
Media/file contents are kept unencrypted on disk; server access is restricted to root privileges.

5. Data Protection

All sensitive actions are recorded in security logs.
OAuth tokens are kept server-side only; they are never sent to clients.
The R-1 kill-switch safely stops systems in emergencies.
SSL/TLS provides end-to-end encrypted communication.

6. Data Deletion and Revocation

You can revoke NOVA's Gmail access at any time from your Google Account: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
You can delete NOVA Link messages from the user interface.
Recovery codes automatically expire after 1 hour.

7. Limited Use Commitment (Google API Services)

NOVA complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements:

Gmail data is used only to provide the app's features.
Gmail data is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties (except as required by law).
Gmail data is not used for advertising targeting or training AI models.
Human review of email content occurs only when necessary for technical support and within legal bounds.
